P Marie's Charcuterie was founded on the belief that celebrations deserve something truly special. Named after our founder's beloved English bulldog, Presley Marie, the business was born from a desire to build something of her own and finally let her creativity shine.

Today, we bring elevated charcuterie, cannoli, candy, and ice cream cart experiences to weddings, bridal showers, and celebrations throughout Redondo Beach, the South Bay, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Every event is curated to feel effortless, elegant, and unforgettable.

  • Simply fill out our inquiry form with your event details, and we'll follow up to confirm availability and walk you through the next steps. Once details are finalized, you'll receive a proposal to review before booking.

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. This helps us prepare everything needed for a seamless experience.

  • Yes, we're happy to accommodate gluten free options. Just let us know your needs when customizing your menu so we can plan accordingly.

  • Nothing extra! Our team handles setup, service, and breakdown, so you don't need to provide a table, tent, or electricity. Just enjoy your celebration.

  • We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to guarantee availability, though we do accept last minute bookings when our schedule allows. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.
